SwampTech Inc. was founded in 1997 by John and Channa Connelly. SwampTech was created on the idea that there should be a company solely dedicated to providing professional service for evaporative coolers. By focusing solely on evaporative coolers SwampTech quickly became the leading experts in the evaporative cooling industry. In order to achieve the highest level in our industry we continue to only use the highest quality parts, employ only top quality people, implement the only full training program developed specifically for evaporative coolers and only offer parts and services that will improve our clients lives.

John and Channa had built quite a nice platform to launch a major company from. Seeing the potential in what this company could become Gordon Beh purchased SwampTech in 2002. After extensive training form John and Channa, Gordon and his sons were ready to move SwampTech to a whole new level. They started by increasing advertising and working on improving customer service. Later SwampTech added installations to the list of services. SwampTech then started replacing coolers for Lowe's Home improvement. In as little as four years SwampTech had doubled in size.

After a while Gordon found himself stretched too thin and decided he must sell the company. Jacob Strack, his stepson, was eager to jump at the opportunity. Jacob had been the Operations Manager for the entire four years and was Gordon's right hand man. Jacob is still currently the owner and has increased sales by leaps and bounds. In his first year of ownership sales increased by 42%. Jacob will tell you this is based on two factors: one is by upholding integrity by providing only the highest quality parts and services, and the second is our dedication to caring about our clients.
