SwampTech’s One of a Kind Warranties

14 Day Service Guarantee
It is suggested that you run your cooler as much as possible for the following 14 days after our Repair or Start Up service. If anything goes wrong with the cooler within 14 days we will not charge another service fee to return to your location. This guarantee does not apply to any repairs or parts declined at the time of the original service.

1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty on Replacement Parts
If we do have to replace something on your cooler we will warranty it for a period of one year from the time of installation. If your replacement part is defective we will not charge to replace that part. If we are only returning to your location to replace a warranted part we will not charge a service fee, but the cooler will not be serviced unless you want to pay a service charge. The exception to this warranty is water lines.

Water lines will be warranted for the remainder of the season. To extend your warranty on your water line within must be contracted to shut down your cooler before the first freeze of the season.

Snug Fit Guarantee
If you purchase straps and SwampTech’s wrap service at the time of shut down service. We will guarantee that your cover on your cooler will not become loose or come off during the winter. If you cover does become loose or comes off we will not charge to come out and install/ tighten the cover back on your cooler. SwampTech will not replace the cover if it is lost.

Shut Down Water Line Guarantee
If you have your cooler shut down by SwampTech before the first freeze of the season we will warranty your water line from freezing and breaking over the winter. Your water line must be a copper line and not leaking at the time of service in order to receive this guarantee. If your copper line is kinked or clogged by debris we are unable to provide this guarantee do to the fact that your waterline may not be able to be properly drained.

Replacement and Installation Warranty

Swamptech offers a year warranty on all replacements and installations. If something goes wrong with your new cooler or any replacement parts/ installed parts we will come out and repair/replace the defective part with the exception of water lines.
